A State of Dilemma

As an Accountant in an organization, I discovered that the Financial Statement's figures in which I am about to approve are incorrect and seem manipulated. I presently want to make the corrections but I still have doubts and I am confused about the decision to make. Please I need your honest advice as accounting professionals on the best decision to make. Thank you.
