Job Title: Account Assistant
Reporting To: Accountant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
A world class company that provides total creative solution in the management and service of promotional materials, personalization and recognition products seeks to hire Account Assistant
Duties And Responsibilities
1.Ensure monthly stock reconciliation and daily update of stock
2.Issue stock from store as required and maintain accurate record of stock inventory using BIN card,GRN and SIN.Also update quantity on the available stock
3.Costing and coding of stocks of goods purchased
4. Ensure that all samples taken from the store are returned
5. Assist other employees of account department
6. Any other duty assigned by Management
