When you get distracted easily, it will make you feel overworked, stressed, and unproductive. You will begin to find it difficult to focus and start forgetting even the smallest things like names and dates. To work around distraction and eliminate it completely, you need to use some time management techniques and learn how to set SMART goals.
Set a SMART goal
You must learn to break down one complex project into several smaller, manageable ones.
Keep a notepad
Start writing down everything that’s important — a to-do list, a meeting schedule, a shopping list, etc.
Use timers/reminders
Set a timer whenever you need a reminder for an important meeting. For example, 30 minutes before the meeting, so that you can prepare.
Implement time management techniques
Group similar tasks so you can finish them quicker and easier. Also, prioritize tasks so you can work with a goal in mind.
