    Location:       Ibadan, Nigeria

     

    Job responsibilities:

    ·      Develop the overall corporate financial goals and objectives.

    ·      Oversee preparation of financial records related to general ledger, payroll, budget, expenses etc.

    ·      Assist in account receivables and payable activities.

    ·      Maintain accurate bank records of cash withdrawals and deposits.

    ·      Follow standard accounting process for financial analysis and reporting activities.

    ·      Assist in developing and managing budgeting system

    ·      Perform account reconciliations and generate financial reports.

    ·      Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related problems.

    ·      Manage all client accounts for payment settlements.

    ·      Track and monitor resource needs and other material needs for carrying out financial and administration tasks.

    ·      Monitor and manage expenses within allocated budgets.

    ·      Prepared cash forecast, budget for activities in line with work plan and budget line.

    ·      Provide administrative and logistics support for all workshops, seminars and meetings.

    ·      Maintain office filling system for both electronic and hard retainer agreements with contactors.

     

    Job requirements:

    ·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

    ·      2-4 years’ experience in account and administration

    ·      Detail oriented

    ·      Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals

    ·      Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

    ·      Ability to use accounting software
