Organization: A firm into manufacturing and distribution of alternative energy equipment and appliances
Job Responsibilities:
· Preparation on Manufacturing and Trading Accounts and reports
· Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
· Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
· Managing income and expenditure accounts
· Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data
· Keeping a check on the company's finances based on the financial status
· Filing and remitting taxes and other regulatory obligations
· Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
Job Requirements:
· The desired candidate must have requisite qualifications in either Accounting, Business Studies, Economics or Management and must be willing to pursue a career in Accountancy
· He or she must be a chartered accountant with requisite experience in the use of basic accounting software
· An advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets and data entry, and display an excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
· A display of analytical skills and an ability to work independently will be added advantages.
