What Your Day to Day Activities Will Be Like

 

·        Help maintain and build out consolidated company-wide model and assist with the company’s long-range financial plan, including detailed P&L and cash flow planning

 

·        Manage and optimize the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages and presentations for the Board of Directors, Executive Team, Investor Relations, and senior finance leaders

 

·        Help evaluate potential M&A and equity investment opportunities from a financial perspective

 

·        Partner with the broader finance teams on variance analyses related to budget, prior year, and prior reforecast, and provide insightful analysis to the leadership team

 

·        Assist in coordinating the company-wide quarterly reforecast process and annual planning cycle working with senior leaders across the organization

 

·        Provide analytical, financial modeling and decision-making support for ad-hoc analyses as needed, including for fund-raising efforts

 

 

 

Required competency and skillset to be a waver

 

·        Completion of top tier 2-year investment banking program required.  1-2 years of corporate development or FP&A experience preferred

 

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required

 

·        Must possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

 

·        Software systems experience with ERP, Planning, and BI tools preferred

 

·        Strong Work Ethic; Results-Oriented with Strong Sense of Urgency

 

·        Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and must be highly organized

 

·        Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
