1. Head Business Transformation - Reporting to the CEO

Location - Abuja

This position demands a dynamic individual with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding and fast-paced environment. He/she will be involved in the implementation and execution of bank strategy

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

·         Must have a firm understanding of the Nigerian Financial economy (knowledge of the mortgage banking industry will be an advantage)

·         Have a working knowledge of the FinTech sub-industry

·         Knowledge in financial modeling

·         Leadership skills

·         Team-building skills

·         Strong competence in MS Excel

 2. Head, Enterprise Risk Management - Reporting to Executive Director

Location - Abuja

He/she will oversee the banks' credit risk management department, remedial management & collections department, mortgage servicing department.

Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree

·         Previous experience in credit/enterprise risk management

·         Understand the rules and methodologies of financial lending and collections

·         Understand CBN guidelines for provisioning of bank debts/loans

·         Can formulate loan recovery strategies

·         Competency in financial modeling will be a plus

·         Must be able to work under pressure & manage multiple teams
