Job Description

Summary

Reconciling old debts, scrutinizing bills about to be sent out, maintaining billing records, inputting billing data, uploading, allocating and filing receipts, balancing billing records on a daily and monthly basis, etc.

Responsibilities

·         Responsible for reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.

·         Manage general ledger reconciliations.

·         Manage account reconciliations such as bank, clearing, billings etc.

·         Issue receipts to customers on receipt of payments.

·         Perform daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data.

Requirements

·         B.Sc in Accounting, Economics or relevant field.

·         Minimum 2 years’ related experience

·         Must have strong numerical skills.

·         Must have analytical skills

·         Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages
