Responsibilities

·         Manage all accounting transactions

·         Prepare management reports 

·         Manage Disbursement of funds

·         Manage payroll schedule

·         Prepare financial statements in time. 

·         Keep accounts payable and receivable accounts 

·         Ensure filing of monthly taxes 

·         Ensure deduction of WHT as appropriate and keep schedule 

·         Help with budgeting and forecasting 

·         Efficient management of the project budget. 

·         Provide accurate, understandable and timely information to support management decisions

Requirements

·         B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or relevant Degree

·         Additional certification (ACCA or ACA) is necessary

·         3 years’ work experience as an Accountant preferably in the construction/ real estate industry

·         Hands-on experience with accounting software 

·         Advanced MS Excel skills 

·         Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
