THE ROLE OF A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS OFFICER

The Strategic Partnerships Officer will help weave collaborative relations that enable The Techy Accountant Academy to effectively fulfill its mission and specific objectives.

 

Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Officer

 

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

 

Location: Abuja

 

Key responsibilities: Specifically, the Strategic Partnerships Officer will:

· Proactively research, approach, and secure mutually beneficial partnerships that advance the mission of The Techy Accountant Academy.

 

· Build and manage a portfolio of large and complex partnerships with leading organizations.

 

· Design and execute strategic relationship plan to strengthen and deepen existing relationships.

 

· Develop tactical approaches to major organizations – planning, leading, and implementing new business generation meetings, reaching decision-makers within organizations, and orchestrating senior support when appropriate.

 

· Make presentations as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

· 1 year experience in fundraising, international development, law, or related sector

 

· Strong relationship management skills

 

· Very strong written and computer skills, and a high level of attention to detail

 

· The ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines and priorities

 

· Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus

 

· Commitment to excellence, with an exceptional work ethic, strong organizational skills, and a can-do attitude.

 

· Strong critical thinking skills, ability to problem-solve, and resourcefulness.
